Yeah you still can get free perfume samples just ask and they will give you one or they will have someone in the store just handing out samples sometimes some websites will have banner ads advertising new fragrances and offering a free sample
Oh yes you can still defiantly get free samples! Me and my sister are addicted to perfume and we feel a bit bad about it but we are always going to perfume shops asking for free samples! They are never rude to us they always say of course here or sorry we don't have any at the moment. Stand about a bit smell tester bottles then ask if they have any free samples or it or any other perfumes...
