I love Clinique Happy...that scent is...me lol. Ebay is a good bet, often samples of perfumes on there though expensive for the amount of perfume in them. On plus side maybe samples are less likely to be fake. I'd guess all big department stores would give you a sample.You mention dollars so I dont know where you are to suggest stores...Where can you buy Clinique purse size perfume samples?
